w/ Blue Marlin Bill Blade
Authentic Polynesian Weapon
Hand Made in Hawaii

Here is an intimidating Hawaiian spear made out of KOA with a blue marlin bill also known as pahoa i a me lei-o-mano. This beautiful piece of art is 32" long (marlin bill is 10" and koa shaft 22"), the wood used for this specific item is Koa from the Big Island and has woven loops of fibers also called olona (a Hawaiian shrub, the bark of which was valued as a source of strong, durable fiber). The spear can either be hung or mounted. Please note that the feathers arrangement may vary slightly".

You can see from the pictures the attention to details and the smoothness of the wood.

This distinctive piece of polynesian art would be a great addition to a hawaiiana collection. Also perfect as tropical decor for an office or a hawaiian style home. A great gift with MUCH ALOHA!
